Terms and Conditions

  1. The price quoted includes; supply, delivery, installation of the goods specified andmaking good/removal of waste.
  2. Delivery and installation dates will be confirmed following receipt of acknowledgedorder from supplier or manufacturer.
  3. Goods will be made to measure and will not be transferrable. The goods will remain theproperty of Haselhurst Blinds Ltd. until full payment is received.
  4. Prior to the goods being ordered, a deposit of 50% of the total net cost will be requiredwhich should be cleared funds received from the customer via the payment methodmentioned on the quotation. The balance should be paid within 7 days of receipt of the final invoice.
  5. Haselhurst Blinds Ltd. will not be responsible for any increase in taxes applicable at thetime of supply. Any reduction in taxes applicable at time of supply will be refunded tothe customer if the final payment has been paid. Otherwise the final balance will beadjusted accordingly.
  6. Haselhurst Blinds Ltd. will not be responsible for any increase in costs or consequentialloss due to delay in supply or installation as a result of circumstances beyond thecontrol of Haselhurst Blinds Ltd.
  7. In the event of the ordered goods no longer being available, a full refund will be made to the customer of any deposit received.
  8. Haselhurst Blinds Ltd. provide a three-year warranty against faulty workmanship or materials. The warranty commences from the date of installation or supply. This does not affect your Statutory rights.
