The price quoted includes; supply, delivery, installation of the goods specified and making good/removal of waste.
Delivery and installation dates will be confirmed following receipt of acknowledged order from supplier or manufacturer.
Goods will be made to measure and will not be transferrable. The goods will remain the property of Haselhurst Blinds Ltd. until full payment is received.
Prior to the goods being ordered, a deposit of 50% of the total net cost will be required which should be cleared funds received from the customer via the payment method mentioned on the quotation. The balance should be paid within 7 days of receipt of the final invoice.
Haselhurst Blinds Ltd. will not be responsible for any increase in taxes applicable at the time of supply. Any reduction in taxes applicable at time of supply will be refunded to the customer if the final payment has been paid. Otherwise the final balance will be adjusted accordingly.
Haselhurst Blinds Ltd. will not be responsible for any increase in costs or consequential loss due to delay in supply or installation as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Haselhurst Blinds Ltd.
In the event of the ordered goods no longer being available, a full refund will be made to the customer of any deposit received.
Haselhurst Blinds Ltd. provide a three-year warranty against faulty workmanship or materials. The warranty commences from the date of installation or supply. This does not affect your Statutory rights.
